It processes single PE / PLA, double PE / PLA, PE / Aluminum, or water-based biodegradable materials coated paper board.

Transmission
  • Fully oil lubrication for mechanical transmission system, guaranteeing the service life of the machine.
  • The mechanical transmission operates mainly by gears to two longitudinal shafts. The structure is effective, simple, and leaves ample room for maintenance. The main motor's output comes from both sides of the motor shaft for balanced force transmission.
  • Open type indexing gear (turret 10 : turret 8 arrangement) optimizes overall function. High-end IKO (CF20) heavy load pin roller bearings are used for the indexing gear cam follower, accompanied by digital pressure transmitters.
Humanized Structure
  • Folding wings, knurling wheel, and brim rolling stations are adjustable above the main table; no adjustment is needed inside the main frame.
