HCM100 is designed to produce super tall paper cups with maximum 235mm height. The stable production speed is 80-100pcs/min. Super tall paper cup is a good replacement for tall plastic cups and also for unique food packaging. It's working from paper blank pile, bottom punching work from the paper roll, with both hot air heater and ultrasonic system for side sealing.

Key Features & Technical Highlights
The feed table is a double deck design to prevent paper dust from entering the main frame. The table is designed with a reasonable width, making maintenance more convenient.
The mechanical transmission is mainly driven by gears connected to two longitudinal shafts. The main motor’s output is delivered from both sides of the motor shaft, ensuring balanced force transmission.
The transmission structure is simple and effective, leaving ample room for routine repair and maintenance.
Features an open type indexing gear (turret 10 : turret 8 arrangement to make all functions more reasonable). Equipped with high-grade components including heavy load pin roller bearings for the indexing gear cam follower, along with precise oil and air pressure gauges, and digital transmitters.
The second turret is equipped with 8 working stations. This allows for additional functions, such as a third rim rolling station (for optimized rim rolling, particularly with thick paper) or a grooving station.
Folding wings, the knurling wheel, and brim rolling stations are adjustable directly above the main table. No adjustment is required inside the main frame, saving time and simplifying operation.
Electric control cabinet: The entire machine is managed by a high-end PLC system. All motors are independently controlled by frequency inverters to accommodate a wide variety of paper properties.
