It's working from paper blank pile, with ultrasonic system / hot melt gluing for side sealing and cold glue / hot melt gluing system for sealing between out-layer sleeve and inner cup. Double wall cup type can be double wall paper cups (both hollow double wall cups and ripple type double wall cups)or combine / hybrid cups with plastic inner cup and out-layer paper sleeves.

The mechanical transmission is driven mainly by gears to two longitudinal shafts. The main motor’s power output is balanced from both sides of the motor shaft.
Equipped with an open-type indexing gear (turret 10 : turret 8 arrangement to make all functions more reasonable). Built with heavy load pin roller bearings for indexing gear cam follower, oil and air pressure gauges, and digital transmitters.
Folding wings and curling systems are fully adjustable above the main table. No adjustments are needed inside the main frame, making operation easier and time-saving.
Electric control cabinet: The entire machine is managed by a high-end PLC. All motors are independently controlled by frequency inverters, allowing adaptation to a wide range of paper characteristics, which is particularly useful during bottom forming and rim rolling.
Fault monitoring: Precise alarms for low paper levels, missing paper, paper jams, and missing bottom paper will display directly in the touch panel alarm window for simple troubleshooting.
