For nearly three decades, Huanqiang Machinery (HQ Machinery) has focused on a singular, critical objective: designing and manufacturing high-speed, ultra-stable, and safe paper container forming machinery. What began as a dedicated mechanical workshop in China has evolved into a global leader in intelligent container manufacturing equipment. Our solutions span a diverse spectrum, including round cups, non-round containers, square bowls, double-wall ripple cups, and specialized paper lids.
Our long-term success is built upon a core philosophy: we treat our customers as strategic partners. We understand that in high-volume production, downtime is the ultimate enemy. That is why our integration of R&D, in-house CNC parts fabrication, and testing ensures that every machine leaving our floor is ready to deliver immediate value.
"Choosing Huanqiang means investing in 27 years of refined mechanical engineering, sustainable design practices, and future-ready manufacturing scalability."
The Db D16 configuration stands as the pinnacle of modern mechanical automation, bridging the gap between mechanical cam drive reliability and intelligent digital control. Unlike legacy machinery that depends heavily on chains and secondary gear linkages (which wear down and drift over time), the Db D16 is built on a heavy-duty, unified cylindrical indexing system and vertical shaft gear drive.
This structural foundation prevents timing misalignments. By utilizing an automated lubrication system that constantly feeds filtered oil to the internal components, the mechanical parts exhibit minimal friction and wear even when running continuously at speeds of 100 to 140 cups per minute.
Multi-axis PLC-synchronized servo motors govern the bottom paper feed, eliminating feeding errors. This ensures absolute precision in bottom cutting, reduces paper waste, and saves raw material costs.
Equipped with high-frequency ultrasonic side-sealing devices, the machine processes single/double PE, PLA, and non-plastic barrier coatings without leaving burn marks or causing structural leaks.
Industrial-grade open cams drive the main movement steps. This provides higher torque, quieter operation, and significantly longer runtimes compared to traditional enclosed box indexing gears.
The manufacturing ecosystem in Wenzhou, Zhejiang—China's premier manufacturing hub for packaging machinery—allows Huanqiang to source raw metals and specialized components quickly and efficiently. However, we do not rely entirely on external vendors. To ensure consistent quality control, we established our own advanced CNC processing center. Here, we produce the vast majority of our mechanical components, indexers, and custom tooling in-house.
Our facility features German-imported five-axis machining centers. This allows us to mill parts to tolerances of less than 0.01mm. By keeping these manufacturing steps in-house, we eliminate standard supplier delays and guarantee that every replacement part is machined to original design specifications.
Purchasing machinery internationally presents several challenges, particularly regarding regulatory compliance and local maintenance support. Huanqiang Machinery addresses these concerns directly. Our entire machinery catalog, including the high-speed paper cup and bowl lines, holds CE Certification. Additionally, we offer configurations built to satisfy UL and CSA safety standards for North American operators.
To support global buyers, we use an integrated IoT remote diagnostics system. If an operator in Europe or South America encounters an unexpected error or timing issue, our engineers can access the machine's PLC via a secure internet connection to diagnose the problem, update the software, or adjust the parameters. For issues requiring on-site service, our network of localized technicians handles setup, calibration, and hands-on training.
We build our machines with insulated, shielded wiring and emergency stop systems to meet international work safety and electrical regulations.
We resolve over 90% of operation and software issues remotely, reducing downtime and eliminating the wait for physical technician travel.
We send factory engineers directly to your facility for layout planning, installation, tool testing, and operator training.
The paper packaging industry is shifting away from traditional polyethylene (PE) coatings toward eco-friendly alternatives like polylactic acid (PLA), water-based dispersion barrier coatings, and plastic-free materials. Standard cup machines often struggle with these new materials because they melt or seal at different temperatures than PE, leading to failures or structural issues.
The Db D16 is engineered to handle these materials. By utilizing precise heating systems, digital thermal sensors, and adjustable pressure settings, operators can fine-tune the sealing parameters. This flexibility allows you to shift from double PE hot-drink cups to PLA-lined cold cups without encountering leaks or cosmetic defects.
